Shared inventory operations
Open Hand Receipts to upload new DA 2062s and maintain the re-sign schedule.
Countdown uses the hand receipt Signed Date: 90 days from signing, once a DA 2062 is uploaded. Uploading a new file does not reset it.
Green: 30–90 days remaining · Yellow: 15–29 days · Red: fewer than 15 days (including overdue). Only receipts with an uploaded DA 2062 have an active countdown. Days are calculated from the Signed Date, not the upload date. Example: signed 62 days ago = 28 days left (yellow).
Select equipment to see details, serial numbers, and assigned locations.

OCR can confuse O / 0, I / 1, and S / 5. Compare every serial number against the document. In the next step you can set a separate building and room for each item before saving.
You can adjust OCR text and select “Re-read corrected text.” Your reviewed fields can also be edited directly.
Assign a building and room to individual SNs.
Split remaining items across buildings and rooms.
Each SN counts as one unit. The combined count of serial numbers and quantity allocations cannot exceed OH QTY. Unassigned items can remain unallocated. Only the designated HR Holder or ADMIN may edit these records. Run the supplied SQL safeguards before editing.
